I used Divemaster insurance, their premium was actually cheaper for full holiday cover including diving than the insurance being offered by the travel agent. The insurance included equipment, travel and diving without any depth limit regardless of certification level.
The insurance offered by the travel agent only covered 2 dives for the duration of the holiday and not exceeding 18m regardless of certification level.
Westfield seem to offer a similar package.
